friendly receptionist helpful staff convenient location great service

the receptionist were friendly and helpful. the hotel is a short walk to restaurants and bars. place carnot is just around the corner, a fun place to spend an evening. celine helped me considerably, a great service.

i noticed the room seemed a bit tight, not much space to open my suitcase.

the location is very good, near the bus station. local spots are nearby the hotel. the hotel places you close to transport options and it is easy to reach many attractions.

the room included tea and coffee, which i found lovely. cleanliness was obviously a priority, very good. a shower also worked well and the bed was very comfortable, i had a nice rest.

The location a real plus, close to transport. Staff was friendly and helpful when I needed directions. The rooms were compact. They had everything I needed for a short stay. I found the hotel well maintained, it seemed like a friendly spot.

The room it's a little small if you have a big bag but other than that no issues whatsoever.

The hotel included parking, a real advantage. Air conditioning it was on, a nice welcome after a day walking. The area felt secure, important when you come back late.

Breakfast started early, 6 am, good for early starts. The area for it it wasn't so big but enough. Selection was standard, I see eggs, bread, cheese.

The staff provided quick assistance. They were responsive when I needed things. The service felt genuine, not just formal and really helpful.

My room included a walk in shower, nice feature. The air conditioning it was powerful, so important on hot days. The room was clean and cozy, perfect to rest at night.

the reception team was lovely.

The carpet was dusty, so i had to sneeze often. i could hear my neighbours. Doors slammed loudly, waking me up some nights. the value for money wasn't good.
